"A common mistake people make when trying to design something foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools."
- Douglas Adams, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy -

Future Enterprise Systems Africa (FESA) is a discussion platform dedicated to supporting the relationships of CIOs, Enterprise Architects and innovation leaders with the rest of the business. Technology is providing the backbone for transformation, the foundation of which is backed by innovative tech and meticulously thought-out strategies.

Born out of the DigiCon Africa and Chief Digital Officer Africa series of events, FESA puts technology front and centre of the digitally transformed business, considering the practicalities of the future of work beyond the pragmatism of cultural change.

While our core delegates are busy designing, implementing and consolidating their future IT strategies, the convergent nature of enterprise architecture cannot be overlooked. Diversity is key to holding quality discussions, whether they are the Head of IT for a SMME, a talented technologist in a start-up or a leader within myriad departments at an established blue-chip company, FESA provides a platform to discuss how you can best align, interpret and engineer technology and business strategies.

From choice international keynote presentations, industry-diverse panels, in-depth workshops and interactive discussion groups, delegates will be given the opportunity to share common challenges, learn about new innovative technologies, and gain a more holistic view of the role of the EA & Innovation teams, and their relationship to IT, and business leadership.
